NAMILIA offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn garments in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimates and pierced jewelry are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original packaging, labels, and the completed return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
